Our dished heads are made on automatic lines and robotic islands that allow workpiece trimming and edge-banding to be also carried out, after the cold forming phase.

We machine metal plates in both carbon steel and stainless steel or other types of metal alloys up to a maximum diameter of 2000 mm and a thickness that can range between 1 and 7 mm – depending on the type and intended use of the dished heads.

In addition to standard products, we can also press customized bottoms, based on our customers’ drawings.

Our automated systems are highly flexible and can also be used for serial pressing of sheet metal parts for metal components used in a variety of merchandise sectors.

The technology used by our 1,000 to 16,000 kN presses allows even complex products to be created by traditional cold forming or deep drawing from below
